Corporate policies
The SG provides the investor with:
- Order transmission and execution policy (best execution):
information on the reasonable measures taken to achieve the best possible result in the execution and transmission of orders. This document describes the factors taken into account in order to achieve the best possible result for the Investor (e.g. price, costs, speed, and likelihood of execution). - ESG Policy:
The policy contains all information regarding the policies on the integration of sustainability risks into investment decision-making processes.
- Conflict of interest policy:
Information on conflicts of interest that may arise in the provision of collective management services or any other investment service and the measures taken to manage conflicts of interest to avoid them seriously harming one or more managed OICRs and their clients or negatively impacting clients' interests. - Data processing policy:
Index replacement policy. The policy contains the internal plan adopted by 739 SG in case of cessation or substantial change of the benchmark indices.
